Stress and its effects on young people today.
Wow, this is a good topic for me right now. I have been stressing out a lot lately. It just like digs into every part of your mind, and consumes you to where its all you can think about. A couple weeks ago my mom kicked me and my boyfriend out of her house, and so I was super stressed about what we were going to do and where we were going to go... I couldn't eat, and I just wanted to cry all the time, I was so stressed that I didn't even want to do anything, I couldn't even act happy. Then my boyfriend started to go alittle crazy from being stressed out as well to the point where I broke. I asked if I could please come home, and she let me, but not him. That started a fight between him and I, and he wanted to kill himself. That really put my stress over the edge. After all of this stress on me, I lost like 6 pounds that I couldn't afford to loose. I went from 94 pounds, to 88 pounds. Everything is finally ok, but being stressed out isn't fun. It is really hard on your body, and your mind. It will consume everything and tear it down.
